Purpose of job:
Candidate will be responsible of our web marketing link popularitycampaign. Under the supervision of the Web Marketing Manager thecandidate will be responsible for developing and executing linkbuilding campaigns that increase our web site search engine rankingand that drives traffic to our web site.
Responsibilities:
*Developing and executing link campaigns for Symbyo Web sites.
*Researching relevant keywords to be used in our link campaignbuilding efforts.
*Figuring out sites that make a decent linking partner.
*Individually contacting each potential link partner by email.
*Researching and understanding what competitors are doing thatmay be giving them better search engine results.
*Optimizing Web site component including copy, meta tags, pagetitle, descriptions, internal linking, sit map, etc.
*Monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
*Finding innovative ways to generate high quality in bound linksfrom relevant web sites.
*Writing and Optimizing web site content as needed.
*Stay current on emerging search engine marketing trends andtechniques to develop and recommend new SEO strategies.
*Maintain awareness of various SEO resources and tools.

*No experience required.
Qualifications:
*Self Starter: Candidate must be self starter, capable of executing search engine optimization campaigns with minimum supervision.
*Analytical thinker: ability to analyze data and information anddraw up conclusions, strategies, and action items.
*Problem solver able to come up with creative solutions forchallenging problems.
*Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and understand SEOtechniques and strategies.
*Passionate: Passion for the Search engine optimization and webmarketing field.

*Good English communication skills
Desired Experience/Qualification:
*Prior Experience with Search Engine optimization and/or PPC isbig plus
*Knowledge of HTML2 and web site design/development is a big plus.
*Good writer – Good writing and grammar skills.
