KEY ACTIVITIES
Conduct QA Audits to ensure process compliance according to defined process framework.
Identify opportunities for improvement. By identifying and collecting measurement data from the HARF projects and processes. And Perform analysis of the data, and implementing performance measurement and analytical processes.
Creates and Manages Process Improvement Proposals.
Develop and submit periodical reports to Senior Management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field.
Minimum of one year experience in Software quality.
Familiarity with the Software development life cycles.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the CMMI model is an asset.
