Telemarketing Job Description
1- gathering data for making phone calls within target sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information.
2- Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors.
3- submitting the daily and monthly report to marketing manager
4-Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems.
5- Assisting the marketing department gathering customers feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations.
6-Carrying out pre-event activities.Inviting clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days.
Telemarketing Job Qualifications
•High interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work over the phone for long hours.
• Fluent English both written and verbal.
• IT experience is preferable
