Job Responsibilities:• Technician is responsible for providing computer supportservices to clients• This work is performed under the general supervision of theTechnician Supervisor.• The key roles of this position include Technical ComputerSupport (e.g. repair, installation, maintenance and training) andCustomer Service / Sales (e.g. promoting company services,maintaining customer relations and collecting customer payments).• Most days will spent in the field, outside the office, in pre-assigned territories• required to wear CT uniform shirt during working hoursBenefits :• Accommodation and travel tickets• 4 days off basis per month.Education Requirements- Computer/ communication engineering degree.- At least one year’s business- Good analytical and numerical skills- Excellent human relations and communications skills- Must be able to work under pressure- Proven ability to work in a team- Fluent in written English- Preferred Cisco/ MCSE certification.
