Description :
1. Supervising and managing the day to day functions of the Web Designteam
2. Reporting to CEO and Project Manager on a daily and weekly basis
3. Recruiting and training his/her team
4. Supervising, motivating and monitoring his/her team performance
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company''s products orservices
6. Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
7. Liaising with senior management
8. Coordinating between client requests and Account Managers (ifrequired)
9. Setting deadlines, criteria and pricing for project completion
10. Developing and maintaining web design and development for clients
11 . Evaluating projects in terms of quality, timeliness and requiredteam work
12. Maintaining the quality of the developed products according to theclient¢s requirements
13. Attending company meetings regarding performance, duties andorganizational development
14. Researching new tools to develop and enhance products
15. Conduct regular staff meetings with his/her team
16. Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications :
5-7 years of work experience in the field of web design. Must haveexcellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML programming,Flash and other design tools.Must be highly creative with strong management, communication andorganizational skills. A passion for design and innovation is essential.
