Process Improvement Engineer (Ref. PIE)

We are pleased to announce a vacancy for "Process Improvement Engineer (Ref. PIE) "

Responsibilities:
* Will participate in the company process improvement program including the implementation of CMMI level 3.
* Will be member of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) that will work on defining the company project management and software engineering processes in accordance to the CMMI model.
* Will be in direct coordination with project managers and technical stuff for process modeling. * Will participate in the auditing activities within both the ISO 9001 and CMMI guidelines.
* Will work with the other members in the QA team to build and maintain the company Process Assets Library (PAL) and Measurement Repository (MR).
* Will participate in the analysis of the measurement data for continuous improvement.
* Will participate in providing training to company staff on any modifications in the company processes and quality system.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- 5 years experience in software engineering and 2 years in process improvement.
- Experience with implementing CMMI level 2/3.
- ISO experience is plus.
- Experience with MS VSS, MS Project Central, MS Visio
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
