*Advanced selling skills
*High inter-personal & communication skills.
*Ability to work in team and cooperation within and outside sales department.
*Ability to work outside the office and after official working hours
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Supervision skills.
*Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
*Own a car and have valid driving license (preferred).
*Experience in selling software preferred Job responsibilities
*Generate leads for software app and ERP within target sectors.
*Make initial visits and find out customer needs.
*Prepare and deliver demos in cooperation with pre-sales
*Develop proposals using standard templates
*Complete closing process and ensure money collection.
*Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
*Report in defined format to sales team manager in defined periods of time.
*Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities.
*Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update
*relevant information held in these systems
*Assign leads for supervised sales executive.
*Track supervisee¡¦s work in terms of quality and effectiveness
*Provide supervisee with constructive feedback.
