TEC - Technical SupportA multinational company located at Heliopolis is
seeking a TECHNICAL SUPPORT
to work outdoors on full time / Project basis with the followingqualifications:
Education Requirements
* Computer science degree Only (4 Years at least).
* Good analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent human relations and communications skills.
* Must be able to work under pressure.
* Proven ability to work in a team.
* Fluent in written English.
Commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of computerized systems and group productivity.
Job Description
Technical Support is responsible for providing computer support services toclients at Egypt.
This work is performed under the general supervision ofthe Technical Support Supervisor.
The key roles of this position includethe following functional areas:
* Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and softwareprograms.
* Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, networkinfrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and relatedhardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables asrequired for new installations and office reconfiguration.
* Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, includingtroubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheralequipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
* Acts as a technical resource in assisting clients to resolveproblems with equipment and data.
* Makes hardware and software recommendations including helpingclients assess needs and providing appropriate services based on thoseneeds.
* Complete necessary checklists and forms that pertain to specificclient jobs.
* Customer Service / Sales
* Identify potential customers and promoting / selling services ofthe company in his / her assigned territory
* Develops and maintains good relations with the customers, applyingbasic sales and customer service skills presented in the orientationtraining and other future trainings
* Apply appropriate techniques for explaining technical concepts andprocedures to non-technical users.
* Manage the defined process to collect payments from customers.
* Completing all the necessary account management forms, likeactivity reports, as requested by the supervisor.
* Attend regular meetings with supervisor to review customer accountstatus.Work Experience Requirements

* Follow- Up Skills.Starting Salary : 800 - 1000 EGP
