Description :
1. Supervising and managing the day to day functions of the WebDevelopment team
2. Reporting to the CEO and Project Manager on a daily and weeklybasis
3. Recruiting and training his/her team
4. Supervising, motivating and monitoring his/her team performance
5. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company''s products orservices
6. Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
7. Setting budgets/targets
8. Liaising with senior management
9. Coordinating between client requests and Account Managers (ifrequired)
10. Setting deadlines, criteria and pricing for project completion
11. Developing and maintaining web applications for clients usingAsp.net technology
12. Developing and maintaining internal systems according tomanagement requirements
13. Reviewing functional and technical designs, and reviewing codingbased on set criteria
14. Mastering all aspects of product development and life cycle
15. Updating and maintaining client products.
16. Working on multiple projects simultaneously
17. Ensuring timely implementation and development
18. Collaborating with the design and other teams to develop creativeideas and functions
19. Conducting regular staff meetings with his/her team Assisting withother duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications :
B.A. in Computer Science. 4-6 years work experience using Asp.net 2,My SQL, HTML, CSS and Ajax.Excellent management and analytical skills, highly organized.Strong command of both English and Arabic is a must.
